In Settings, open your account and tap Invite a partner. Bamboo emails them a Join button. They install Bamboo and sign in or create an account with that email, and they’re in your family.

1. Install Bamboo and go through the short setup. Your family’s diary replaces whatever you enter there.
2. You don’t need to choose a plan on the Bamboo Pro screen. At the very bottom, below the small print, tap “Joining your partner’s family? Sign in”.
3. Sign in or create an account with the email your partner invited.
4. Tap Join family. You’re in, with no subscription of your own.

No. One Bamboo Pro subscription covers everyone in your family, on all their devices. Whoever subscribes, you both have Pro.

The sign-in link is at the very bottom of the plans screen. Sign in with the email your partner invited, then tap Join family on the next screen. You can also tap Join in the invitation email. If your partner subscribed just now, ask them to open Bamboo once, then check again.

Yes. Without an account, everything stays on your iPhone. An account lets you sync between your devices and share the diary with your partner.

On the Bamboo Pro screen, tap Restore purchases while you’re signed in to the Apple Account you subscribed with.

Apple manages the subscription. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we’ll email you a link to set a new one.

In Settings, open your account and tap Delete account. You can’t sign in again. After 30 days your email and password are erased, and your diary is kept only without anything that identifies you. Bamboo Pro isn’t cancelled; manage it in your Apple Account settings. If you deleted your account by mistake, email us within 30 days and we’ll restore it.
